You can retake the CanopyCredential assessment up to 3 times a year, with a waiting period of 90 days between tests.

If you have successfully completed the CanopyCredential test, and you want to further improve your test scores, you may purchase/sign up again to retake the assessment up to 3 times in a year, with a waiting period of 90 days between tests. A re-testing fee applies.

If your assessment is terminated or paused in the middle due to unavoidable technical issues, you may request the Canopy Team to re-start your assessment.

If your assessment is terminated or paused before it is not submitted due to personal reasons, your seat is considered as "used", and you may purchase/sign up again to retake the assessment.

If you are part of the institutional license, the rules and guidelines for retaking the assessment will vary based on your institution's policy.

Please note that when you retake the CanopyCredential test, your new scorecard will replace your old scorecard in your Canopy profile. If you wish to retain your old scorecard, please download it from your user profile at canopylearn.io before requesting to retake the test.
