The person who makes a purchase under this promotion (“Primary Purchaser”) may share the 6-month complimentary access with another individual (“Secondary Recipient”) provided that the individual is not an existing or prior user of any Canopy products. This 6-month complimentary access cannot be used by the Primary Purchaser or be combined with any other subscription or offer for the Primary Purchaser.
The 6-month complimentary subscription must be activated by June 1, 2025 or will be considered forfeited. In the event of forfeiture, Canopy is under no obligation to provide extension, refund or compensation of any kind to the Primary Purchaser, Secondary Recipient or any other party.
The 6-month free subscription is a complimentary offer for a designated individual. It is not convertible to any monetary value or transferable to any party other than the individual designated by the Primary Purchaser.
